本隐私政策说明了 1000Meetings（以下简称“我们”）如何收集、使用、存储、共享和保护在提供服务、运营网站以及与客户进行业务沟通过程中获得的个人信息。

本政策适用于通过 1000meetings.cn 网站及相关系统 收集或处理的个人信息。

1000Meetings 的业务由两个法律实体支持：在中国大陆范围内，相关业务由 亿聚商务信息咨询（上海）有限公司 负责运营和管理；中国大陆以外的业务由总部位于新加坡的 Ammigos Pte. Ltd. 负责。

This Privacy Policy explains how 1000Meetings ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information obtained through our services, websites, and business interactions.

This policy applies to personal information collected or processed through the 1000meetings.cn website and related systems.

1000Meetings operates through two legal entities: activities conducted within mainland China are operated by Yiju Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.; activities conducted outside mainland China are managed by Ammigos Pte. Ltd., headquartered in Singapore.

在开展业务合作及客户关系管理过程中，我们可能收集以下类别的个人信息：

• 姓名
• 职位及公司信息

• 商务会议或活动需求

During business cooperation and client relationship management, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

通过 1000meetings.cn 系统 收集的个人信息主要存储在中国境内的服务器环境中。

我们通常在您最近一次与我们发生有效业务互动之日起，保留您的个人信息最长 五（5）年。若在此期间发生新的互动，保留期限将自动重新计算。

超过五年未发生互动的个人信息将被删除或匿名化处理，除非法律法规另有要求。

Personal information collected through the 1000meetings.cn system is primarily stored in server environments located within mainland China.

Personal information is retained for a maximum period of five (5) years from the date of the last meaningful interaction. If further interaction occurs, the retention period will be renewed.

After five years of inactivity, personal information will be securely deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.

我们采取合理的技术和组织措施保护个人信息安全，包括：

在某些情况下，为支持 1000Meetings 的全球业务运营，我们集团关联公司的授权员工（包括位于中国大陆以外地区的团队成员）可能远程访问存储在中国境内系统中的部分客户信息。

Where necessary to support the global operations of 1000Meetings, authorized employees of our affiliated entities, including team members located outside Mainland China, may remotely access certain personal information stored in systems located within Mainland China.

Such access is limited to business management, client relationship management, and customer service purposes, and is protected by strict access control, logging, and security safeguards.
